Which air fryer should you buy in the UAE?
Air fryers cook crispy food with little oil. They come as basket models, dual baskets and oven-style models. The right one depends on how many you feed and your counter space. Answer a few questions and we tell you which kind to buy. Prices below are shown in AED, roughly converted from US dollars, so check the shop's own price before you pay.
What to spend on air fryers in UAE
Entry level: under AED 220
A basic basket air fryer is great value. Check the capacity in litres and the non-stick coating.
Mid range: AED 220 to AED 550
The sweet spot: a good basket or dual-basket model with a clear temperature range and easy cleaning.
Upper range: AED 550 to AED 1,100
You get big capacity, oven-style designs, smart programs and better build. Worth it for families.
Premium: AED 1,100 and more
Premium models are multi-cookers or combi ovens. Only go here if they replace appliances you already use.
The types of air fryer, explained
Basket air fryer
The classic single-basket air fryer, compact and easy to use, good for one to four people.
Good: Cheap and simple; Fast and compact; Easy to clean. Watch for: Smaller capacity; One food at a time; Basket shaking on some.
Dual-basket air fryer
Two separate baskets so you can cook two foods at once, or double a batch.
Good: Cook two foods at once; Bigger total capacity; Good for families. Watch for: Takes more space; Costs more; More to wash.
Air fryer oven
A countertop oven with air frying, good for roasting, baking and big batches.
Good: Large capacity; Roasts and bakes too; Has a door and window. Watch for: Bulky; Slower to heat; Costs more.
Air fryer multi-cooker
An air fryer with extra modes like steaming, pressure cooking or grilling, replacing several appliances.
Good: Several appliances in one; Smart programs; Good for small kitchens. Watch for: Costs more; More complex; Some modes are average.
Models worth a look at a mid-range budget in UAE

When air fryers get cheaper in UAE
The next big sales are 11.11 Singles' Day (in 20 days), White Friday (in 36 days), Dubai Shopping Festival (in 54 days). If you can wait until 11.11 Singles' Day (11 November 2026), a better price is more likely than today. If you need it now, compare at least three shops first.
Your rights when buying in UAE
The UAE has no fixed cancel-after-delivery period for most items, so the shop's own return policy decides. You can file a complaint with the Ministry of Economy if a shop does not honour it.
